We normally need the product design, fabric direction, estimated quantity, sizes, colors, branding requirements, packaging, and shipping destination.

Can I send large files separately?

Yes. Large files can be shared through Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or another cloud-storage link after your initial inquiry.
