Fabrics Selection & Color Development

• Vector format (AI, EPS, PS, PDF, CDR)
• Or high-resolution files (300 DPI)

Once details are confirmed, we develop pre-production samples to verify:

• Fit & grading
• Fabric performance
• Logo placement and construction details

Samples allow you to test, refine, and approve before bulk production.

Bulk Order Confirmation & Production

After sample approval:

• You submit your bulk purchase order (PO)
• We issue a formal invoice
• A 70% deposit is required to initiate production

Production timelines typically range from:

• 20-25 days for in-stock colors
• Additional time for custom colors, prints, or accessories
